సముద్రంలో కాకి రెట్ట - తెలుగు సినీ సాహిత్యంలో మంచి

దాదాపుగా యాభై ఏళ్ల నుంచీ సినిమా పాటల్లో  చూస్తే “ప్రేమ” "మొహం" ప్రథమ స్థానం లో ఉంటాయి , ప్రేమ పాటల భావజాలాన్ని అంటువ్యాధిలాగ వ్యాపింపజేయటమే కాకుండా , సినిమా రైటర్లు సిగ్గులజ్జ వదిలేసి శృంగారం పేరుతో పచ్చి బూతులు రాస్తున్న బుద్ధి జ్ఞానం లేకుండా ప్రజలు ఎందుకు ఆదరిస్తున్నారు ? వ్యక్తి పూజ ఎక్కువ, వ్యక్తిత్వం తక్కువ కనుక. భాష తక్కువ ఫేషన్ ఎక్కువ కనుక. .సిమాలు బ్లాక్ అండ్ వైట్ లో ఉన్నంతకాలం ఒక లా ఉన్నాయి  రంగులు  వచ్చిన తరువాత  సినిమాలు తమ రంగు మార్చుకున్నాయి.    హంగులు  వచ్చిన ( యానిమేషన్ , స్పెషల్ ఎఫెక్ట్స్ ) తరువాత పొంగులు చూపుతూ  డబ్బు పిండుకుంటూ ఆర్ధిక పరంగా పెరిగినా    సాహిత్యపరంగా బాగా దిగజారిపోయాయి. టెక్నాలజీ ఎంత ఎత్తు పెరిగిందో మాత్రమే చూసేవారికి సాహిత్యం , విలువలు ఎంత దిగజారిపోయాయో తెలియవు.  

శరీరం పని చేయడానికి  తిండి ఎంత ముఖ్యమో మనసుపనిచేయడానికి ఆలోచన  అంత  ముఖ్యం ఆ ఆలోచనల కే  మరో పేరు భావజాలం. చెడ్డ తిండి తింటే ఆరోగ్యం చెడటం ఖాయం, చెడ్డ భావజాలం వింటే కూడా మానసిక ఆరోగ్యం   చెడటం  ఖాయం.

 

సాహిత్యం జోలికి పోకుండానే పాత బాగుందనేవారు ఎక్కువ.

 

సినిమాలో పాట  అంటే సాహిత్యం ఒక్కటే కాదు. సాహిత్యం చివరిమెట్టు  నాయిక నాయకీ  మణులు ,వారి దుస్తులు మరియు  వేషధారణ. నృత్యాలు , అంగాగా ప్రదర్శన , వెనుక సంగీతము ఈ అన్ని మెట్లు ఎక్కిన తరువాత ఆ చివరి మెట్టు కి చేరుతాము.  అంటే ఇవన్నీ ప్రేక్షకులని ప్రభావితం  చేస్తాయి. శ్రోతల్ని బేక్ గౌండ్ మ్యూజిక్ బాగా ప్రభావితం చేస్తుంది అబ్బా ఏ ఆర్  రెహమాన్ బాదేసాడురా అని మెచ్చుకుని పాట  బాగుంది అంటారు. ప్రేక్షకులని నాయిక నాయకీ  మణుల  వేషధారణ నృత్యాలు ప్రభావితం చేస్తాయి. మావాడు  నృత్యాలు  ( స్టెప్పులు ) అదరగొట్టేసాడు  అని మెచ్చుకుని పాట బాగుందనేస్తారు.    

   భాషే రాదు మొర్రో  అనేవాడికి  సాహిత్యం ఏంటి?

 శశివదనే శశివదనే స్వరనీలాంబరి నీవా ?  అంటూ పాట  పాడితే దానర్థం ఎంత మందికి తెలుస్తుంది?   తెలియని వారు వినేది   దరువుల మోతే.  ప్రాగ్దిశ వీణియపైన దినకర మయూఖ తంత్రులపైన అంటూ వ్రాస్తే ఆ భాషా స్థాయి కి ఎంత మంది చేరుకోగలరు.  చిన్న పిల్లలకి పెద్దల  బాష అర్థం అవ్వదు  కనుక వారికి అర్థం అయ్యే   భాషలో పెద్దవాళ్ళు మాట్లాడినట్టు  జనాలకి అంత  భాష అర్థం అవ్వదు కనుక  జనాలకి అర్థం అయ్యే భాషలో రాసేస్తున్నారు. కాకపొతే చిన్న పిల్లలకు బూతులు నేర్పడం ఎంత తప్పో సామాన్య జనాలకు బూతులు నేర్పడం కూడా  అంత  తప్పే.    ? 

 

బూతులను  ఎవరు ఆదరిస్తున్నారు?

చదువు రానివారు సభ్యత లేనివారు. వీరికి మంచి భాష అర్థం అవ్వదు  కనుక వీరికి పరిచయమున్న బ్రాండ్ నేమ్స్ ని కూడా పాటల్లో చొప్పించి   కాల్ గేట్ టూత్ పేస్ట్ అక్షింతలుగా  అని మొదలెట్టి  యమహా బైక్ , నైక్ షూ అంటూ పాటలు రాసేస్తున్నారు.  కాలేజీ స్టైలే అంటూ మొదలెట్టి , కోకోకోలా,  కేట్ వాకింగ్ అంటూ పాటలు పుట్టుకొస్తున్నాయి

 

ప్రేమ మోహం గురించి పాటలు ఎక్కువ.

మోహాన్ని వ్యక్తపరిచే  పాత పాటల్లో ఆడా మగా మొహాన్ని ఇలా వ్యక్తపరిచేవారు ..రాంబా ఊర్వశి తలదన్నే రమణీ లాలామె ఎవరీమె … ఇంద్రుడి చంద్రుడి అందాలు; మధువొలకబోసే నీ చిలిపి కళ్ళు; అప్పట్లో  మోహాన్ని సున్నితంగా సభ్యంగా  సెక్స్ కి బదులుగా వలపు అని రాసే వారు , ప్రకృతిని పూవులు తుమ్మెదలని ఉపమానాలు గా తీసుకుని మోజు ( కామ కోరిక) రతి క్రీడని వర్ణించేవారు. గూడుపుఠాణి లో పాట "తనివి తీరలేదే నా మనసు నిండ లేదే .. విరిసిన అందాల లోతులో చూసిననూ అంటూ క్లాస్ టచ్ ఇచ్చారు. తరువాత కాలం లో వానొచ్చిందంటే వరదొస్తాది, వయసొచ్చిందంటే వలపొస్తాది, నువ్వు రెడి రెడి... శోధించనా పరిశోధించనా...పరువాల పారాయణా కొనసాగించనా... మృదువైన మదనార్చనా ఇటువంటి మాటలతో డోస్ బాగా పెంచారు. దాంతో హీరోయిన్ల చూబించే డోస్ కూడా పెరిగిపోయింది    

 

కామాన్ని వ్యక్తపరిచే పాటల్లో ముఖ్యమైనది ప్రియురాలి అందాలని వర్ణించడం , ఆమె పై కామాన్ని, వర్ణించడం , రమ్మని పిలవడం ఉదాహరణకు ఎదురులేని మనీషి లో ఎం టీ ఆర్ వాణిశ్రీ యుగళ గీతం " కసిగా ఉంది కసి గా ఉంది కలవక కలవక కలసినందుకు కస్సుమంటోంది, నీ కండలు చూస్తే గుబులు పుడుతోంది , నీ ఛాతీ చూస్తే నిన్న రాత్రి గుర్తుకు వస్తోంది" సెక్స్ కోరికల్ని తీర్చుకుందామని ప్రతిపాదించడం సాధారణమే అన్నట్టు రాసేశారు " సోగ్గాడు చిత్రం లో చలి వేస్తోంది చంపేస్తోంది రారా కప్పుకుందాం" అనే పాట కామాన్ని చాలా నేరుగా ఏ అడ్డు లేకుండా  రాసేశారు  ఇదంతా మంచి సాహిత్యం అనే అనుకోవాలా ? పచ్చి బూతు అనుకోవాలా?

పచ్చి అంటే అడ్డులేని అని అర్థం. మనం సమాజంలో  బట్టలు తొడుక్కుని  తిరుగుతాం . అలాగే మన ఆలోచనలకుకూడా బట్టలు తొడగాలి. బాగా ఆదరిస్తుండంతో

 

పచ్చిబూతు కాస్తా బండ  బూతుగా ….

పచ్చి బూతుతో కోరికల తీవ్రతను తెలియజేసేరు అక్కడితో  (పచ్చి బూతుతో)  తృప్తి చెందక  బండబూతు కి దిగజారి  బావలు సాయ్యా  మరదలు సయ్యా,    అటు అమలాపురం ఇటు పెద్దాపురం  చెయ్యి పట్టి లాగుతారు ఆంధ్రా జనం అంటూఅంటూ  ఆంధ్రులంతా స్త్రీ కనిపిస్తే చెయ్యి పట్టుకుని లాగే వారే  అని అర్థం వచ్చే లా రాసేశారు.  “ఊ  అంటావా ఉ ఊ అంటావా”  “రాత్రికొస్తావా ఎంతిమ్మంటావ్?”  ఏంటీ సాహిత్యం?

 

ఒక తరం లో,  పువ్వులతో  లతలతో పోలుస్తూ ఎంతో సున్నితంగా స్త్రీ అందాలను వర్ణించే వారు కాస్తా  మరో తరం లో బండగా , నీ కళ్ళు పేలిపోను చూడకే ఆలా హాయ్ హాయ్ హాయ్ . చివరకి "కలయా నిజమా తొలిరేయి హాయి మహిమ, అలవాటు లేని సుఖమా" అంటూ ఈ బూతు పతాకస్థాయికి చేరి అందరికీ అదే సుఖం అనిపించేలా తయారయ్యింది తెలుగు సినీ సాహిత్యం.

జల్లెడకన్నీ కన్నాలే అన్నట్టు తెలుగు పాటల్లో సింహ భాగం బూతులే. మంచి పాటలు లేవని కాదు సముద్రంలో కాకి రెట్ట. శృంగారం లో,  భాషలో సున్నితత్వం ఉండాలి . శృంగారాన్ని అంగీకరించని మనిషి ఉండడు. అన్నం పరబ్రహ్మ స్వరూపం అంటాం కదా అలాగే భాష కూడా భగవంతుడి స్వరూపమే. అది దిగజారిపోతే మన సమాజ స్వరూపం కూడా దిగజారిపోతుంది.

3. కొండొక కీడు శంకించేనోమో!  పరుగులు దీసె మేరు తేరులు,

 రహదారి  జూసి నల్లని కాలసర్పము మని భ్రమసి  భీతిల్లెనో ,

 రై రై రయమున సాగె రథములు మెరుపు వేగమున 

 పీలి , నీలి మేలి రథములెన్నో దాటి వాహన నిర్ఘరమునన్ గూడి                   

 జేరి పట్టణమున్  జలదినందోడ వోలె తేలి సాగె రధము.

4.అయ్యారే! ఏల కలిగెనో  ఈ చురుకు,  చుర్రుమనె డెందము 

ఓర్చు టెట్లు  మందగమనపు సరసిజాక్షుల అందము  

 ఓరచూపుల కలిగె మోదము సాగె  అంతరంగము, 

 సడి సేయక తురగము, ఆనంద లోకమందు విహరించ.       

               

5.పల్లెలు దాటి , చెరువులు చుట్టి గరువులు మీదుగా

సాగె రధము ప్రకృతి హొయలు కావే ౘక్కిలిగింతలు 
కాడే రథికుడు రసికుడు రథమును నిలిపి  లాగడే

దిగంతాల బుగ్గల సిగ్గులు తట్ట, తీయని తలపులు హృదయమును చుట్టె

6. రథ సారథి పద సారధి , పదముల పాదముల నర్చించి                                                                          

బహుళ వాఙ్మయమునకు నీరాజనము నర్పించి

కణికను నగముగా మార్చిన విశ్రమించని ప్రయాణికుడు
బహుబాషాభిలాషకుడు విస్తృత పదప్రయాణికుడు.

7.నవ్వుతూ తుళ్ళుతూ న్న అంతరంగమా, బాహ్యతలమున మౌనమేల
భవ్యమైన భావము లెన్నో మౌనంగాచూపి వర్షముగా, నను తడపనేల

మృగ విహగాదులు నీడకొరకై వెదకి నిరాశపడగా
సకల జగత్తులు విలవిల లాడి, జేష్ఠమా నీకు సాష్టాంగ మనగ.

10.జేష్ఠ కీలలన్ జీల్చుకు పోయి పద్మవ్యూహమున్ జొచ్చిన అర్జునినివోలె
ద్వారకా తిరుమల జొచ్చె రధము , రధమో అది రాజహంసో కానీ వాలె
శ్రీహరి పాదముల చెంత, నమో నమో యని ఒదిగెను ఇరు హృదయాలె
జంట పుష్పములు వోలె, చేసిన ప్రమాణము ఋణమే , ఋతువేదైనను

Treasure Island - Poolabala

Much before the dawn, while the twilight sky sings aubade

The Celerio sets-out on a mystical journey, the clouds slowly fade

The journey recalls the past and rejoices the present

This is the beautiful truth that we could never foresee

In the prime of our youth, because beyond intellect lies the truth.



No words only rays of light from eyes speak, each shade a thing

the aspects in her lively dark eyes are clear though the light is dim

The car glides down the serene road, that counts the distance run

Perhaps with each mile crossed we traversed a year in the past

My hands are firm on the steering, my gaze is fixed on the road

Only the driver is before the steering wheel but the man is missing

He left the driving seat with his heart like a bird that left the nest

and wanders in the sky of reveries.....

The car hit the highway I tried to listen to her but little room for words

Words may stumble but looks not, (thousand colored looks may confuse

But not feelings, feelings and instincts never fail, they reach the destination)

Her eyes tell days in goodness spent, her smiles showed several graces

In the stream of silence with the other pair we moved several paces

silence and the journey me and her two pairs and love in such ambiance brews               with each smile sublime her eyes glow and with each glow our fondness grows. 

The breeze was still cool when the car hit Tenali road

The sun looks like a large apple, the redness of the Sun

reminded me of her blush when I first took her hand

just a few paces were stolen by the nature we'ere transfixed

we 're absorbed into each other and merged with the nature

I was damn lost to the world, I saw Shakespeare with bagpiper

Wordsworth composing a song of nature together with Keats

with all the romanticism and Mj singing in blithe spirit

She shook me to the sun who in turn shook me out of my dream

The Sun is no more a baby in the cradle of the sky

He looked like a gruesome warrior with a terrible sword 

but we availed ourselves the vistas of the great trees

with branches intertwining at the top, provided us the shield.

Five years ago we traveled on the same road on the same purpose 

to the same destination but those moments were not so sweet as they are today. 

Today in all its beauty the nature churns sweet instincts.

The sweetest moments of life with reveries of poets of the proud lineage.

Heart feels in the mouth, maybe love grows sweeter when it grows old.

We visited the temple and had Darshan of lord Venkateswara

Finally I felt the journey has unfolded the fascinating side of life 

and took me into the Treasure Island of the past.

Childhood is the  best time for Learning English or any language but unfortunately millions of people can not learn English in the childhood due to bad childhood, bad schools. Even school considered good by virtue of brand name such as Chaitanya and Narayana have the worst standards when it comes to English. I have seen many students from Chaitanaya and Narayana who generally cut a sorry figure when you ask even the utmost basics of English language. The worst part of the childhood in Andhrapradesh is the uneducated and greedy parents who look for marks and nothing else. Without language the vital functions of the brain such as thinking , reasoning. judging will be lost. IN the absence of language skills brain growth is retarded and students are doomed to darkness and immaturity. 

Age no bar for English learning. 

You don't worry if you can not speak  English people who went to big branded schools like Sri chaitanya and Narayana are more miserable than you. Better later than never. Start learning now.

There is always a chance to learn English language at any age but there is a need to teach thinking and reasoning skills along with language skills. That is why people who had missed English language skills in the childhood must be taught several . There is a need to teach life skills along with English.

Sweet Memory in Hot Summer

The Abacus Math Centre Currency Nagar Vijayawada wanted to train some of its children in German.  The centre head called me up and told me that some children are interested to learn German. 

My institute Eazy Foreign Languages is at Benz circle.  It is far away from Currency Nagar. So children can not come to my institute.   From 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM I was busy teaching foreign languages at my institute. Since I teach six foreign languages I am naturally busy. 

Children showing interest in learning a foreign language is rare. You may get one child but not several children. I have a dream of making a short film in German. Si I dropped my busy-ness for my dream of making a German short film.  How many children? I asked her.   she said " We aimed at 20 children even more children may join, " I said "Even ten  children are equal to flood."  I went there for four days and discovered that only four children want to learn German. "It may not be viable to you sir. We are sorry " said the center head. It is okay. I will teach I said. 

"I think you can never accept this class because it is four children with a fees of 2k each."  But dream is always bigger than money.  So I went to currency Nagar each day under of supervision of  hot burning sun to teach German to these four children. 

These children have learned the basics writing and speaking  during this summer. They did several role plays including a comedy.  Now they are not only learning advanced German but also acting in a short film in German. 

                            

The children proved their mettle. They have learned the basics of German language grammar and sentence construction. They are able to write and speak. They are not interested in writing, they are more in speaking acting ( role plays). Almost everyday I recorded videos of the children.  I collected plenty of short videos of children doing basics and German conversations. 

At that stage I told them about the German short film. They gladly accepted but they have a story as well for the short film. What is that I asked.  They said " Cats" 

So the German short film is about cats. Fortunately one of the children has a cat at home. There was no much scope for acting. There was no need for more dialogues. The film highlights cats behavior and dismisses myths about cats. The shooting began. The shooting stopped after a few days. The reason is shocking.  Unfortunately the cat died but my spirit has not died. The story and my spirit  and my desire of making German short film is alive.
